ABOUT ME
I am Internal Family Systems Level 1 practitioner (trained through the IFS Institute); an ordained Interfaith Minister; trained recovery coach; mindfulness meditation coach; Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC); writer; mother and person in long term recovery from chaotic and problematic substance use.
My IFS experience and focus areas include: addiction, complex trauma (CPTSD), childhood sexual trauma/ relational abuse, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Eating Disorders, as well as group work.
I have completed a practicum in Motivational Interviewing for groups and am working towards being certified in Motivational Interviewing, as well as certification in IFS.
Additionally, I am enrolled in a psychedelic assisted psychotherapy training to pursue training in ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP). I also completed a “Psychedelics and Harm Reduction” training through Sage Institute and Center for Optimal Living.
I am passionate about supporting others in discovering their own paths to healing and wholeness.
