RECOVERY IS REAL.
In each breath, we get to begin again.
I am Internal Family Systems Level 2 practitioner (trained through the IFS Institute); an ordained Interfaith Minister; trained recovery coach; mindfulness meditation coach; Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC); writer; mother and person in long term recovery from chaotic and problematic substance use.
My IFS experience and focus areas include: addiction, complex trauma (CPTSD), childhood sexual trauma/ relational abuse, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Eating Disorders, group work and most recently studies in Self-Led Sexuality.
I have completed a practicum in Motivational Interviewing for groups and am working towards certification in IFS.
Additionally, I am enrolled in a psychedelic assisted therapy training to pursue training in ketamine assisted therapy (KAT). I also completed a “Psychedelics and Harm Reduction” training through Sage Institute and Center for Optimal Living and am participating in a “Psychedelic Liberation Training” currently.
I am passionate about supporting others in discovering their own paths to healing and wholeness.
The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers.
