RECOVERY IS REAL.
In each breath, we get to begin again.
I am Internal Family Systems Level 1 practitioner (trained through the IFS Institute); an ordained Interfaith Minister; trained recovery coach; mindfulness meditation coach; Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC); writer; mother and person in long term recovery from chaotic and problematic substance use.
My IFS experience and focus areas include: addiction, complex trauma (CPTSD), childhood sexual trauma/ relational abuse, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Eating Disorders, as well as group work.
I have completed a practicum in Motivational Interviewing for groups and am working towards being certified in Motivational Interviewing, as well as certification in IFS.
Additionally, I am enrolled in a psychedelic assisted psychotherapy training to pursue training in ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP). I also completed a “Psychedelics and Harm Reduction” training through Sage Institute and Center for Optimal Living.
I am passionate about supporting others in discovering their own paths to healing and wholeness.
The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers.
